Neurodivergent Fitness Training
Getting in shape and learning to best support your body can be hard, especially if you're neurodivergent. We have a unique sensory system, an intense mind/body connection, strong interoception yet struggles with proprioception, dyspraxia, and coordination. Having access to the proper instructions and a neurodivergent coach is important. Enter Christina Patera. As a certified life coach, health and wellness expert, and pilates instructor, she creates custom virtual and in-person programs for individuals to optimize their fitness and athletic endeavors.
Virtual and in-person training options are available, with in-person training at the Sandlot Ranch in N. Scottsdale/Cave Creek.
