Neurodiversity Consult: 2 Hour Session - $700

Seeking or receiving a new Autism and/or ADHD diagnosis—or recognizing yourself in neurodivergent experiences—can be validating and unsettling all at once. Many people are left with more questions than answers, especially when they don’t see themselves reflected in the stereotypes they’ve been shown. Learning to understand and proactively support my (and my daughters') neurodiversity has been life-changing. By reframing our experiences through a neurodiversity lens rather than a neurotypical one, we were able to redefine expectations, build healthier patterns, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling.
Unfortunately, most people receive—or realize—a diagnosis without meaningful guidance on what comes next or how things specifically apply to them. A neurodiversity consultation is designed to bridge that gap. These consult sessions help you make sense of neurodivergence in real, practical terms: understanding your behavior and patterns, building healthier and more effective habits, improving communication, and learning how to advocate for yourself or a loved one—personally and professionally.
My work is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience. I am deeply committed to validating and empowering individuals who have always known they were different, but never fit the stereotype- like my daughter and I. This work allows me to help people move from confusion or self-doubt toward clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance and understanding. If we want to continue to work together, we can schedule follow-up one-hour sessions to keep you moving forward.

Neurodiverse Individual Therapy & Coaching: 1 Hour Sessions - $200

These sessions can be individual, couples, or parenting-related. A Neurodiversity Consult is not required to start individual sessions.

Therapy is a reflective, guided, healing-focused process. It looks backward in order to move forward—helping you understand how past experiences, relationships, and trauma have shaped your nervous system, self-concept, and patterns today. In therapy, we work to process and heal unresolved experiences, address anxiety, depression, trauma, or chronic stress, and rebuild self-esteem and identity that may have been impacted over time. The goal is increased insight, emotional safety, and internal stability, so that change feels possible rather than overwhelming. Therapy is especially helpful when past experiences are still influencing your present—emotionally, relationally, or physically.

Coaching is future-focused and growth-oriented. It centers on where you are now, where you want to go, and how to intentionally move in that direction. Rather than processing the past, coaching focuses on building skills, creating systems, clarifying goals, and developing strategies that support personal and professional growth. Coaching helps you translate insight into action and change behavior—strengthening communication, self-advocacy, leadership, and sustainable habits. Coaching is ideal when you feel ready to move forward and want structured support in becoming the version of yourself you’re working toward.

As a professional, I draw on various therapeutic approaches, including Coaching, CBT, DBT, Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness, and methods specifically designed to support neurodivergent individuals, to guide you through life's challenges. I believe in empowering you with the tools, skills, and strategies that promote long-term success. By embracing a compassionate yet practical approach, I'll help you problem-solve, develop resilience, and confidence to navigate life's ups and downs. Whether it's overcoming specific struggles or enhancing overall well-being, I work alongside you to ensure your progress is guided, sustainable, and meaningful. I am here to help you build a foundation for long-term success, where the journey isn’t just about overcoming challenges but feeling empowered to thrive.

If you're not sure where it's best to begin, I can help you figure it out.
